Nor do they have access to unbiased information re: what works and what does not.

- What works *most* of the time: Buy a modern endpoint protection platform. Run the right investigative leads to ground.

- What we tell people will work: Buy a modern endpoint protection platform.

Nothing's perfect, but "pretty good" is attainable.
