Absorbing customer pain is probably something that most businesses should be able to say that they do. Doubly true for security services.

There are limits, mostly related to scope of work. Can't be expected to absorb the cost of fixing all of the things for all of the people.

Too many security services promise to address certain things, and not only fail to deliver but clearly fail to put forth any effort.
